JR Pagdanganan
Founder & CEO
JR is a researcher, operator, and AI builder whose career has centered on understanding human behavior, analyzing data, and designing systems that help people make better decisions.
Before founding KeyFlex AI, JR worked at Google as a UX researcher, where helped build products grounded in evidence rather than assumptions. His background in chemistry trained him to think scientifically: isolate variables, test hypotheses, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve systems through experimentation.
What makes JR uniquely qualified to build KeyFlex AI is his ability to structure intelligence. Throughout his career, he managed complex research datasets, uncovered behavioral patterns, and translated information into scalable frameworks for decision-making.
At KeyFlex Ventures, JR documented every lead, workflow, landlord interaction, and operational bottleneck. Over two years, that operational dataset became the foundation for the modular AI architecture behind Flex. Rather than creating a generic assistant, JR helped design a network of specialized AI agents that each focus on a specific operational task, making the system more accurate, scalable, and reliable.

Camille is an operator, systems builder, and AI architect who has spent her career building customer facing products and transforming complex workflows into scalable systems.
Before founding KeyFlex AI, Camille led technical programs at Amazon Prime Video and spearheaded enterprise AI initiatives at T-Mobile, where she developed over 15 AI-powered solutions that generated more than $20M in business value. She also held leadership roles at Boeing and Leafly, gaining firsthand experience scaling operations, executing go-to-market strategies, and developing products across large organizations.
What makes Camille uniquely qualified to build KeyFlex AI is her ability to turn operational chaos into structured systems. Throughout her career, she managed engineers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders responsible for delivering complex technology initiatives. Today, she applies those same leadership principles to networks of AI agents.
While many companies view AI as a tool, Camille views AI as a workforce. The same way she once managed engineering teams, she now designs and orchestrates specialized AI agents that execute operational workflows reliably and at scale.
